14-day cooling-off period

According to European right of withdrawal law, after receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your purchase without giving a reason.

How to return?

1. Contact us within 14 days via the contact page.
2. Return the product unused and in its original packaging.
3. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Conditions

• The product is unused and undamaged.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
• Sealed products whose seal has been broken are excluded (for hygiene reasons).
